Terms of service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you (or the company you represent) and Infinite Library SAS, 154 rue Maurice Arnoux, 92120 Montrouge, France, RCS Nanterre 995 219 276 (“we”), for the use of FreightProof on the web and in our apps.
1. The service
FreightProof reads trade and shipping documents, compares them with each other, points out possible problems and exports the data. It is a tool that helps trained people. It is not customs, legal or tax advice. You stay responsible for every declaration you file, for the tariff classification and value you declare, and for checking FreightProof's results before you rely on them.
2. Accounts
You must give a working email address and keep access to it safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace. Business use only.
3. Your documents
You keep all rights in the documents you upload and the data we produce from them. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service. You confirm you are allowed to share them with us. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use FreightProof to break the law, to evade customs controls or sanctions, to upload malware, or to overload or reverse engineer the service.
5. Plans, fees and cancellation
- The free plan includes 10 shipment checks. Paid plans include the number of checks shown on the pricing page per calendar month; unused checks do not roll over.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Manage billing. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next renewal.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep FreightProof available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, customs duties, penalties or delays that result from information you filed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
8. Ending the contract
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. After closure, documents are deleted as described in the privacy policy.
9. Law
French law applies. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule gives you the right to go to another court.
