FreightProof is a service of Infinite Library SAS, 154 rue Maurice Arnoux, 92120 Montrouge, France (“we”). We are the data controller for your account data and act as a processor for the documents you upload on behalf of your company. Contact: hello@infinitelibrary.ai.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, your name if you give it, your workspace name and the people you invite.
- Documents: the invoices, packing lists, transport documents and other files you upload, scan or forward, and the data we read from them. These can contain names, addresses and tax numbers of shippers, consignees and other parties.
- Usage data: which features you use, errors, and security logs (IP address, device type), kept to run and protect the service.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We see your plan, invoices and the last digits of your card, never the full card number.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for: reading documents, checking them, producing reports and exports (contract).
- To bill you, to answer support requests and to send service emails such as sign-in codes and check results (contract).
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping invoices (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data, we show no ads, and we do not use tracking cookies. The website uses one cookie to keep you signed in.
AI processing
Documents are read by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, through Anthropic's commercial API. Under those terms Anthropic does not use your documents to train its models. FreightProof does not use your documents to train any model either.
Who processes data for us
- Google Cloud (Google Cloud Storage in the EU for original files; Firestore in the United States for account and report data).
- Anthropic (AI document reading, United States).
- Vercel (website and API hosting).
- Twilio SendGrid (email delivery and email forwarding).
- Stripe (payments).
Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Documents and reports: until you delete the shipment, the workspace or your account.
- Account data: while your account exists.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
- Billing records: 10 years, as French law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or restrict it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. For anything else, email hello@infinitelibrary.ai. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the members of your workspace and, when you ask for support, to the people helping you.
